John A. Savelli

John A. Savelli of Binghamton, NY has been appointed President/CEO of the Guthrie Federal Credit Union. John has a combined 12 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. He previously served as the Sr. Vice President/CFO at the GHS Federal Credit Union, and most recently as the Controller within the United Health Services Hospital System.

John is a graduate of Wilkes University, Wilkes-Barre, PA, with a major in Accounting and a minor in Business Administration. He also graduated from the Credit Union National Association Graduate School of Management, University of Madison, WI, and is certified in Loan Review from the Bank Administration Institute.

John currently resides in Binghamton, NY with his wife Mary and three children.
